3. The ICE Sunglasses offer entitles the bearer of the coupon to a free pair of ICE Sunglasses, valued at $6.95. While stocks last.

4. To redeem the offer of a free pair of ICE Sunglasses, valued at $6.95 readers are to visit an ICE store, cut out the coupon and surrender it at time of redemption. Photocopies are not accepted. Limit to one coupon per customer per day.

5. Discount offer is not exchangeable, and can not be redeemed as cash. Redemption of offer is subject to availability.

6. Offer does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer.

7. ACP and the Promoter are not responsible for any coupon that is lost, stolen, misplaced or tampered with in any way. This is the responsibility of the coupon holder.

8. The promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for and in no circumstances will be responsible or liable to compensate the bearer of the coupon for any liability relating to (a) any non-acceptance by a store of this offer or (b) any inability by the bearer to use the coupon properly or at all or (c) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any store provider. Any dispute must be settled with the store concerned.

11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACP and its employees, excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage or personal injury, arising in any way out of a coupon holder participating in this offer, including, without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties; (b) coupons that are late, lost, damaged or misdirected prior to their receipt by the Promoter, or after receipt due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in the value of the offer to that stated in these conditions of entry; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a coupon holder.

12. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any voucher claimant; and/or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as deemed appropriate by the Promoter.

13. By providing an email address on your coupon the coupon holder consents to receipt of any email regarding the offer, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
